Where do your products come from? Where will my order ship from?

We have US and Non US warehouses all over the world handling our shipments. Since we are a global company, we choose the nearest factory.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders take 3-7 days to fulfill depending on when your order was placed. Keep in mind, shipping times are separate from fulfillment times. View shipping estimates here.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders should take 5-7 business days to arrive after it has been shipped. Most international orders arrive in 10-14 business days depending on the location. View shipping estimates here.

Do you ship internationally?

My order arrived but the product is wrong/damaged, what should I do?

Most orders arrive without a problem, but if there is an issue with your product or order, please contact us here with any and all details about your order.

I'm not happy with the product, what should I do?

I received the wrong item/item size

We try to be perfect like all of our customers, but mistakes happen! For domestic customers, please click here to return or exchange your item.

My shipping info is incorrect/has changed

If your package hasn't shipped, you can contact us and let us know your order number and the correct shipping address so we can update it in our system.

If your package has shipped, we cannot change it en route. Please e-mail our support team. You'll have to wait for it to be routed back to us, but we'll get it to the correct address as quickly as we can!

International Customs and VAT

DogPawLovers Store is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know within 30 days! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

What currency will I be charged in?

All charges on DogPawLovers store are processed in US Dollar. Upon checkout, you will see the price estimated in the currency of your country according to the current exchange rate. Note: prices may vary in accordance with the time the charge processes in our system due to the exchange rate.
